Blue Buffalo Productions: AI Slop (with some insight)
So this is it. This is what AI can do for us. So many cool things (I admit) but there are some flaws. Take a look at those three arms. Is this some type of Hindu goddess or just AI slop? Remember gang, AI is only as smart as we are… and in the evolutionary scale of things… we’re just infants… or maybe some type of primordial sludge. It’s why we still travel by aviation the exact same way as we did from the start with the Wright Brothers – the plane slowly goes up and the plane slowly descends. No great evolution in our ability to take flight. And since we’re on the subject; how about space travel to the moon. Anyone else out there curious how we managed to walk on the moon some 60 years ago but just can’t get back there today… even with an unmanned probe? Anyone? Bueller? And some say we will be ready to get to Mars soon. Paleasssse.
Back to AI – do we really need all these data centers to power something that’s flawed. It is… just as much as our logic and understanding of how the universe works (but that’s not really what the data centers are for, right?). I might suggest things were better off before the all great OZ gifted us artificicial intelligence (misspelling on purpose – or maybe not).. who’s to say it’s spelled incorrectly? Us? It’s a cruel joke as AI doesn’t even know it’s flawed from the core.
