By far, in the current COVID-19 environment, this is the best way to reach your audience in an inclusive and cohesive approach. There are a lot of corporations and individuals using this framework to hold virtual live events with better results than actual live events. The screens and stage are setup. The audience comes in via Zoom and administrators prep them prior to entry into the main viewing area to make sure their audio and video are set up correctly. Once that is complete they enter the main presentation area and they are live with the presenter. Behind the scenes, administrators can toggle an on and off switch between attendees who can talk and when they can talk. The audience feels like they are at the live event (and maybe with more access to the speaker) even though they are in the comfort of their own office or home.
We take this one step further. We use a proprietary platform to record, stream, and administer data delivery to the audience. Our unique platform lets the individual choose what type of device or software to connect with the presentations.
